Welcome to Whale Tail Consulting. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide business consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. The scope, duration, and fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

All fees are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

3. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential unless we have your written permission or are required by law to disclose it.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and recommendations we provide are for your business use only and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our advice and services are based on professional experience and best practices. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable and remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
